Bill Phelan spent his early childhood in Chardon. He graduated from Chardon High School and chose to reside in Chardon where he and his wife "Carrie" of 30+ years raised their 4 children. As a retired Firefighter, Bill Phelan has 25+ years in the customer service industry. Carried Away Party Rental is honest, dependable and hard working.
